UPDATE 4/17:

Pre-registration is now closed.  Additional volunteers are still needed but you'll need to register on-site at the event.  Pre-registered volunteers have priority - volunteers who register on-site will be assigned first to the known volunteer needs.  Once check-in is complete, on-site volunteers may then fill any gaps left by pre-registered volunteers who did not show

Please plan to arrive by 7:45am for the All Day and AM shifts; 12:30pm for the PM shift.  Thank you.

The current needs for this event are:                                                                                                 

 - Place Judges (adults):  4 All Day, 5 AM shift, 4 PM shift

 - Timers (adults, teens 16+):  1 All Day, 9 PM shift                                                                              

 - Marshals (adults, teens 16+, youth 14+, families):  2 All Day, 3 AM shift                                                   

-  Runners (youth 14+, families):  3 All Day, 3 AM shift

Pre-registering through this online application enables you to register for the specific role and time/shift you desire.  Please note that due to any unforeseen circumstances, volunteers may be re-assigned as needed.

*The minimum age to volunteer is 11.  Youth ages 11-13 may volunteer but with adult volunteering alongside - please select "Small Group" as your Registrant Type.  This allows all members of the family be registered under the same email address and linked together.        Teens ages 14-17 may volunteer on their own in select roles.  Each person volunteering must be listed - 3 people volunteering, 3 names should be linked together on the account.  Please email volunteer@sowa.org if you need assistance.
